How Culminate started

Diego spent years leading Salesforce development and administration at mid-sized and enterprise companies in the high tech and financial services space. The pattern was always the same: bring in a big consultancy, pay a premium, get staffed with people who were still learning on the job, and spend half the engagement managing the consultants instead of getting work done.

Culminate exists because that experience was frustrating enough to do something about. The idea was simple. What if you could get senior Salesforce people who already know what they're doing, who've already made the mistakes, and who don't need three months of ramp-up time to understand your org?

That's what we built.
